Refunds

Eligibility

Refunds apply to fees you actually paid against an invoice from Workspace Workcore. Informational prices on the site are not a charge. Consumer cooling-off rights under UK distance-selling rules may apply if you buy as an individual; company purchases follow the invoice terms below.

Timeframe

Ask within 14 days of payment for Signal Notes if you have not downloaded the pack. For Cohort Term, ask at least 7 full days before the first live session for a full refund. After the first session, we consider a partial refund only if we cancelled remaining weeks.

Full or partial

Full refund: Notes unused, or Cohort Term cancelled on our side, or desk hours unused because we could not staff the booked slots. Partial refund: Cohort Term after week one is generally the unused weeks minus a £180 materials fee, unless the law requires more favourable treatment for a consumer.

Non-refundable items

Completed Forecast Desk memos, guest critic hours already delivered, and custom legal review of your data addendum are non-refundable once issued. Bank transfer fees charged by your bank are not returned.

Process

Email hello@workspace-workcore.digital with the invoice number and whether you bought as a consumer or a company. We confirm receipt within two working days and may ask you to delete distributed files if a Notes refund is granted.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds go back by the original payment method within 10 working days of approval. We do not pay refunds onto a different card or into a third-party wallet.

Cancellation

You may cancel a future Cohort Term seat under the timeframe above. We may cancel a room if enrolment is below four people; in that case you choose a later term or a full refund.

Exceptions

We will not refund because a forecast did not raise a round, or because your warehouse could not produce the exports the syllabus assumes. Those are limitations of the work, stated before enrolment.
